Use the site for useful, non-sensitive business exploration.
These terms govern use of AppliedFuture.ai and clarify the boundary between public information, preliminary guidance, and a separately agreed client engagement.

Website purpose
AppliedFuture.ai provides general information about Applied Future Technologies, Inc., its commercial AI consulting and solution areas, its working approach, and its published Insights. Website content is informational and is not a guarantee that any service, result, integration, or timeline is appropriate or available for a particular organization.
Preliminary assessment
The AI readiness assessment and Preliminary AI Readiness Snapshot provide preliminary guidance based on the information submitted. They are not a complete technical, security, legal, regulatory, financial, procurement, or operational assessment. AFT does not display assessment scores on the website; any generated snapshot is delivered through an application-controlled link to the verified business email associated with the request.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass verification or access controls, interfere with its operation, probe accounts or data without authorization, upload malicious content, or use public forms to transmit classified, controlled unclassified, export-controlled, protected health, payment-card, financial-account, credential, or other sensitive information. AFT may restrict activity that threatens the site or other users.
Business communications
Submitting a request authorizes AFT to send messages needed to verify, process, and respond to that request. Marketing consent is separate and optional. A submitted request does not create a client relationship, contract, procurement commitment, exclusivity obligation, or duty to perform services.
Intellectual property and links
Unless otherwise identified, the website’s text, design, software, and AFT marks are owned by or licensed to AFT and are protected by applicable law. Limited quotations and links may be used for lawful informational purposes with appropriate attribution. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy practices apply independently.
No warranty and limitation
The website is provided on an as-available basis. AFT works to keep public information accurate and the service dependable, but does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, AFT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website.
Changes and governing context
AFT may update the website and these terms as its services and operating requirements change. The effective date identifies the current public version. Any paid engagement, confidentiality obligation, service level, data-processing commitment, or project-specific responsibility must be set out in a separate written agreement.
