When you use a website form, AFT may collect your name, business email, company, job title, optional phone number, company-size context, the business challenge you choose to describe, and your requested next step.

For the AI readiness assessment, AFT stores your responses, progress, submission status, and the metadata needed to prepare and deliver your report. AFT also records email-verification, report-delivery, and operational status information so failed steps can be recovered safely.

The site may retain source, campaign, referrer, and landing-page information when it is available. It does not ask you to submit passwords, payment-card data, classified information, or other sensitive operational data through public forms.

AFT uses form information to verify business access, respond to inquiries, provide requested assessments and consultations, prepare and securely deliver the Preliminary AI Readiness Snapshot, operate the website, diagnose failures, and improve the relevance of its services.

Marketing messages are optional. AFT records marketing consent separately from the acknowledgement required to process a requested assessment, consultation, or inquiry.

The site uses necessary browser storage to preserve short-lived verified access, assessment resume state, privacy preferences, and source or campaign context needed to complete a request. Disabling browser storage may prevent those requested workflows from operating correctly.

Optional audience analytics remain off until you choose to allow them. If enabled, the site may record page views and a small allowlist of completed conversion events. Analytics events do not include assessment answers, verification codes, secure tokens, email addresses, lead identifiers, or free-text business context. You can change this choice at any time using Cookie preferences.

AFT may use contracted infrastructure, database, object-storage, transactional-email, security, and—only when enabled—analytics providers to operate the site. Those providers receive information only as needed to perform their services for AFT.

AFT may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security and integrity of its services, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. AFT does not present this notice as authorizing the sale of personal information.

AFT retains information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the requested service, maintain business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve operational issues. Retention periods may differ by record type. Browser-held verified-access and resume credentials are time-bounded; a saved privacy preference remains on the device until it is changed or cleared.

The site uses access controls, hashed verification codes, short-lived signed sessions, encrypted transport, managed storage, and application-controlled report links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so public forms should contain only the minimum business context needed for follow-up.

You may decline optional marketing consent and optional analytics independently of the necessary processing used to complete a request. You may also contact AFT to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other choices that may apply to your information. AFT may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
